  • Lease of a display and literature booth at the Gateway Information Center on Rt. 81 near Binghamton and the Preble Information Center on Rte 81N, south of Syracuse.

  • Brochure racks placed in convenient locations around the village.

  • Skaneateles Foundation sponsors the following events: Citizen of the Year Award, Skaneateles Antique and Class Boat Show, Chamber Golf  Outing, Annual Skaneateles Easter Egg Hunt and Dickens Christmas.

  • The Courtesy Coin program, whereby people who park overtime get extra minutes of free parking and a note on their windshield to say thank you for shopping in our town.

  • Sponsorship of www.skaneateles.com, including a free listing of your business.

  • Business After Hours gatherings to network with other Chamber members in a fun, informal setting.

  • Referrals for group insurance.


Additionally, to better accommodate the needs and interests of your business, the Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce now offers multiple levels of membership:

  • Level I: Major attractions, restaurants located in the Village of Skaneateles with more than 30 seats; hotels/motels/inns located in Skaneateles, NY; retail shops located in the Village of Skaneateles; Newspapers

  • Level II: Bed and Breakfasts located in Skaneateles, NY; hotels/motels/inns located outside of Skaneateles, NY; restaurants in the Village of Skaneateles with less than 30 seats. A not-for-profit tourism  package is available at half-price

  • Level III: Bed and Breakfasts located outside of Skaneateles, NY; real estate offices in the Village of Skaneateles; hair salons in the Village of Skaneateles; restaurants located outside the Village of Skaneateles; retail shops located outside the Village of Skaneateles; attractions open less than six months out of the year, minor attractions including limo companies and golf courses, and banks in the Village of Skaneateles
