Living room, dining room, full-equipped, modern kitchen, downstairs recreation room, circular driveway with ample parking, 3 gliding glass doors and many windows provide amazing views of the lake. An expansive second story, wrap-around deck is perfect for lakeside dining.
Wifi, TV, DVD player, and basic cable included. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils. Dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. 1 set of bed linens per bed is provided. Some towels provided as well. You may wish to bring more. There are no laundry facilities on the premises.
House is fully furnished and features wall to wall carpeting throughout. This is a house, not a cottage. It is intended for year-round use and is available for long-term rental. Please inquire if interested.
Terms and rates:
Minimum 1 week stay. No Pets. No smoking.
Negotiable rates on monthly and off-season.
$2,500 weekly July, August
$2,000 weekly May, June, September, October

$200 non-refundable deposit to reserve.
